Fixed a bug when reading NVM from PIC. Updated firmware to work on picstick board.

Fixed a bug when writing to address x3A00. Also some slight speed improvements when writing rows.

Enlarged Input buffer size to fix a bug with writing rows.

Increased baudrate to 115200 and clockspeed to 12MHz.
